Madonna & Gucci Team will raise funds for Raising Malawi

Last November 15, 2007, Madonna teams up with Gucci as to raise funds for orphans in Malawi, Africa . The event will benefit UNICEF and the charity called Raising Malawi.Raising Marawi is a charity organization that will help African children to improved life and providing them solutions to challenging problem.

Through the help of Gucci, the famous clothing brands, Madonna will now help to raise funds as to bring attention to a country with millions of children is in desperate need of
help.

According to FoxNews, Madonna will help UNICEF USA and Gucci to raise money for Kaballah Center of Los Angeles . Madge and Gucci will sponsored the Madonna's benefit show called "A Night to Benefit Raising Malawi and UNICEF". They will host a fund-raising event with dinner, a musical performance and a party on February 6, 2008 to mark the opening of Gucci’s largest store in the world, on New York’s Fifth Avenue.

The benefit show will take place in heated tents on the north lawn of the United Nations, with special co-hosts Sarah Jessica Parker and Salma Hayek scheduled to attend along with Madonna.
